The environment directly influences the safety of your electrical installation
Dust, humidity, heat, mechanical risks, or chemical products: each location presents specific constraints that must be taken into account to ensure the safety and compliance of an electrical installation. The RGIE requires an **analysis of external influences** before any commissioning. At Bativolt, we carry out this analysis point by point, identifying environmental risks, adapting the choice of materials (IP, IK, double insulation, etc.), and providing you with a traceable document, recognized during the RGIE inspection.

Heat and humidity

A compliant electrical installation is not just about properly laid cables
The RGIE (Regional Electricity Regulatory Authority) requires that every electrical installation be adapted to its environment. It's not enough to have well-laid cables and securely fastened panels: the equipment must also be able to withstand humidity, dust, heat, impacts, or any other environmental constraints. This is the role of external influence analysis. At Bativolt, we assess each location according to standardized criteria: temperature, pollution level, mechanical risk, rodent presence, corrosiveness, ventilation, etc. Then, we check whether the existing installation is suitable. If not, we propose the minimum adaptations to achieve compliance. A clear and comprehensive analysis document is provided, to be attached to the technical file. It is required for any new installation, transformation, or regularization, and provides protection for the owner in the event of an incident or RGIE inspection. In short: a well-installed but poorly adapted installation is not compliant. We guarantee both.
An installation well adapted to its environment means certified safety.
Enhanced security
In the event of fire, humidity, or shock, the right equipment limits the risks. We prevent unpleasant surprises by planning ahead.
RGIE Compliance
External influence analysis is required by the RGIE for any compliance or new installation. We provide it to you, complete and validatable.
Liability covered
In the event of an audit, inspection, or accident, you prove that the installation is suitable for the environment. The document is authoritative.

Clear monitoring to regain control, simply

Your questions about the analysis of external influences required by the RGIE
Find out why this analysis is mandatory, what it contains, and how it protects your facility, your liability, and your compliance.
Yes. It is required by the RGIE for any new installation, transformation, or non-domestic regularization. Without this analysis, the inspector may refuse acceptance or request additional justification.
We analyze all external influences according to the RGIE categories: temperature (AA), humidity (AD), dust (AE), corrosion risks (AF), shocks, vibrations, fauna, flora, contact with the earth (BC), evacuation, type of public (BA), explosive atmospheres (BE), building structure (CB), etc. Each factor is coded, justified and recorded in the document submitted, according to the official RGIE table. This makes it possible to adapt the electrical equipment to the premises concerned, and to prove that the environment has been taken into account during installation.
Yes. You will receive a clear, usable document that complies with RGIE requirements, with date, location, caption, comments, and signature.
Yes. The analysis can supplement a technical file, a compliance report, or a regularization. It can also be performed alone if requested by an inspector.
Yes. We work in a shared technical room, a basement, a shop, or a small office. The analysis is tailored to the location, not the size of the building.
Fully understand the constraints of a room before installing or receiving an installation
They secured their facilities through a compliant and comprehensive analysis
The inspector had rejected our application due to lack of analysis. Bativolt intervened, measured everything, and submitted a document that was accepted without reservation. The inspection was validated.
Loïc D., Braine-l'Alleud
In our logistics warehouse, humidity and dust were a problem. Bativolt identified the appropriate protection measures, addressed critical issues, and provided a clear analysis.
Sophie V., Wavre Industrial Zone
Several electrical faults were present in our technical building. Bativolt performed a comprehensive diagnostic, corrected the non-conformities, and rigorously secured the entire installation.
