Our prices are quoted excluding VAT, as the applicable rate depends on the type of building, its age, and the location (residential, commercial, property management, etc.). For each project, we prioritize a fixed quote whenever possible. For emergency repairs or interventions, we apply a clear hourly rate, always announced in advance.
Hourly troubleshooting
From €150.00 excluding VAT for the first hour (including travel). €95.00 excluding VAT per hour thereafter.

From €550.00 excluding VAT. Signed report, single-line diagram, location plan and repair estimate included.

Yes. Even for a breakdown or one-off intervention, we apply our clear hourly pricing, and you receive a quote or work sheet with all the conditions.
The price includes our on-site visit, the diagnostic report, the creation or correction of the single-line and position diagram, as well as a clear quote based on what is strictly necessary to ensure compliance.
Depending on the type of intervention, a deposit may be required. In all cases, a quote is always sent in advance with the rates, payment terms, and the exact procedure.
